Abide Health + Wellness is a cash-based practice designed to provide transparent, personalized care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based medicine. Patients may still use insurance for medications, labs, or imaging when applicable.

Are visits virtual or in person?

Most visits are completed virtually for convenience and accessibility throughout Florida. Limited in-person visits may be available upon request and scheduling.

What conditions do you treat?

We provide wellness-focused primary care services including preventive wellness visits, acute and sick visits, medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, and lifestyle-focused health support.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments may be requested online or by calling or texting our office directly.

Can I text the office?

Do you prescribe medications?

Medication recommendations are individualized and based on medical evaluation, clinical appropriateness, and patient-specific goals.

Is this membership-based?

What if I am experiencing a medical emergency?

Abide Health + Wellness does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

Is there a booking fee?

A scheduling deposit is required to secure appointments. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your visit and helps protect dedicated appointment times for all patients.

How do I request an in-person visit?

In-person visits are limited and available by request only. Patients interested in an in-person appointment may call or text the office to discuss availability and scheduling.

Do you complete prior authorizations for medications?

Prior authorizations may be submitted for select medications when clinically appropriate. Insurance approval is not guaranteed and may require additional documentation, follow-up visits, or alternative treatment recommendations depending on individual insurance requirements.

Are labs included in the visit cost?

Laboratory testing, imaging, and medications are not included in visit pricing unless otherwise specified. If labs are recommended, patients may choose to use their insurance or self-pay options depending on availability and individual coverage. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed

Where are labs completed?

No. Abide Health + Wellness offers straightforward appointment-based care with transparent pricing.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

Certain medications may be prescribed when clinically appropriate and medically indicated. Requests for specific medications do not guarantee prescribing approval and maybe denied if not clinically indicated. Abide Health + Wellness prioritizes patient safety, evidence-based care, and responsible prescribing practices in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Lab orders may be completed through local laboratory or imaging facilities based on patient preference, location, and clinical needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

To respect dedicated appointment times, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable for missed appointments, late cancellations, or repeated no-shows.
